Turnaround Time and Shipping

 TURNAROUND TIME  ***PLEASE READ BEFORE ORDERING: We will not be shipping any orders the week of Christmas. Orders received through December 14 will ship by Christmas (not guaranteed to arrive by Christmas.... but shipped by Christmas). Orders received after the 14th will not ship until after December 31st. Our current creation/turnaround time for new orders is 10 business days (not including weekends, holidays* or the week of Christmas) from order to shipping.

Please allow an additional 2-5 days in transit, depending on method of shipping and remember that the US Postal Service handles a larger volume during the holiday season so transit times may be affected. PLEASE ORDER EARLY to make sure you receive your party set and/or banners when you need them. Please do NOT order if you need your product sooner than allowed for in our posted turnaround and transit times, as we cannot guarantee that a product will be shipped or received sooner.
